Three big problems is like this;
- PDPA
- Old bar Ladies
- Too loud volume of music
I’ll explain these topics today.
PDPA
PDPA is a law, Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act. This law was fully enforceable this month, on June 2022. According to the law, we must not shoot in a way that identifies a person. Since then we YouTuber are required to be careful about shooting people. Especially at bar, YouTuber have to be more careful.

It would be annoying if male customer’s face appear on my video and the person is identified. What if the male customer complained YouTuber “I broke up with my girlfriend because of your video”? What if he sued me? I may have to pay him compensation.
How can I make sure it doesn’t happen? There are two methods.
- Don’t shoot their faces.
- Put the mosaic to mask their features when editing video
But those methods are very troublesome. So I think YouTuber should be careful as much as possible.
Old bar Ladies
As you can watch, bars around Tree Town are already opened. You may think this situation looks the same as it was over two years ago, before CORONA. However, there is a big difference between the situation now and before CORONA. Most of bar ladies around Tree Town are old ladies, over 40 years old. Now, Young bar ladies are gone. Now, young bar ladies work at Go Go bar in Walking street. Number of young ladies working at night are still not enough.
It can be said even compared to the situation 2 years ago, In 2020 summer. As I showed you in my video such as at Cozy Bar, there were young ladies around Tree town. It was easy to find model for my YouTube video.

Too loud volume of music
Since the bar reopened this year, music in bar is louder than before. As you know, we YouTuber can make money with advertisement on YouTube video. But I can’t put advertisement on my video due to loud volume of music in bar. As I told you last video in Moonlight bar, I add another music to video so that I can make money with ad on YouTube video.

How to solve these problems
I don’t know. I can’t figure out how to solve it. Will you watch old ladies if I shoot them and upload video? At least, we Japanese and Korean don’t want to watch it. There is no demand for such videos for Japanese men. Please comment to comment box in this video If you have any request for me.
