According to the lesson topics you sent, It looks just contents for improving my English skill. I don’t think the lesson is special and different from the one in other English schools. As I informed you, I don’t want to learn only English, but how to start and run own business in Philippines. If anything, I focus on the later. I can’t judge now if the lesson contains my purpose. But if it doesn’t include it and you say that ‘although we’re able to customize lesson contents along with your purpose, I can’t do it since your skill isn’t enough to understand it’, I request you to re-customize it. It’s OK to extend the schedule such as from 10h to 40h or more if I can learn it. It’s OK to make schedule while teaching about it. No need to think about whether I understand the customized contents. I’ll ask you if I have questions in the lesson. I want to improve my English skill while learning business in Philippines.
In addition, as I told you, it’s OK to teach of financial in Philippines or accountant in Philippines if you can’t customize and teach how to start and run own business in Philippines. I require you NOT to teach ordinary English lesson along with general English text book. Please reply me honestly if you can’t do that.
I told you that I don’t mind the result of the test. But I have to complain about the contents of the test I took if you made my lesson schedule along with the result and continue to say that ’You can’t understand it with your skill’. Please check my dissatisfaction attached on this e-mail.

I only answered half of it, only test1. I couldn’t have enough time to read test2 since I took much time to read a document unrelated to the test. The document seemed to be regarding how to manage worker. Besides, there’re no questions about test2 at first. I also had to take time to ask and confirm it to the teacher. I heard that I lost 10 minutes about that from teacher. Have you considered such a situation and judged ‘Your skill is HB’?
This was shorthand test rather than listening test. I couldn’t write down it even if it was in Japanese since the test required me to write down all sentences what I listened. Although I listened and understood what the speaker announced, I couldn’t have enough time to write down it all. You should require me to check if I understand what was announce about. For example, there was announce regarding flight delay, then the test should ask me ‘What is the reason why the air plain’s takeoff was delayed?’. Then I could answer that ‘It was due to increment weather’. It’s better to select answer in several answers since I don’t have enough time to write down sentence. The test should be similar like TOEIC test part3 or part4. I don’t understand why I must write down all sentences and why you judge the person if he has enough skill of listening.
Although I listened the announce twice, I couldn’t catch up the question like ‘Is it TRUE of FALSE?’. That’s why I didn’t answer anything on the paper. For example, there was announced like ‘My mother used to bake cookie when she was child. But she doesn’t do it anymore.’ Originally, the test should require me to answer like ‘My mother was interested in fishing when she was child. Is it TRUE or FALSE?’. Anyway, I couldn’t catch up the questions. So, please send me all sentences in this test. I really want to confirm it.
I took much time to think about what I should talk about rather than writing since the question was ambiguous and I asked it to teacher. The test require me to answer something like ‘If the someone come to your hometown/country, what will you suggest?’. I couldn’t imagine the situation whether it’s private or business since I thought the word ’suggest’ should be on business basically. I started to write the letter after asking it and getting answer ‘It’s OK to think about any situation’. Thus, I couldn’t have enough time. Don’t you think that the request should be written clearly like ‘If the foreigner come to Japan at first time in sightseeing, what would you suggest to him?’?

I’m sorry but I still have a question since I can’t understand what your answer means clearly.
You judged me that I don’t have enough skill to understand the lesson I imagined by viewing my assessment result. So, I informed you that you don’t have to worry about whether I can catch up with the lesson or not in the last e-mail. I’ll ask you if I have a question, I also said.
Your reply seems to means that I’m not eligible for taking the lesson I requested due to my low English skill. If yes, you should reply my question regarding the test at least. I told you I’m not satisfied with the contents of the test in a document attached e-mail. Why don’t you answer it if you’re still refusing for my request? Specially, I’m curious about whether the listening test was appropriate.
I’m willing to know practical business English in Philippines. And you answered it’s possible orally also. But you just added a word ’If you can score high in that test’ at that time. Although my score was low, I have confidence to understand it. Anyway, I want to learn it. That’s why I visited your English school instead of others.

According to your company web site, you can teach students not only English but also business in Philippines. It also says ‘Why don’t you take high level lessons, English conversation which is helpful your business with less than half cost compared to Japan’. It means you can teach Accounting, Financial affairs and law in Philippines at least, doesn’t it? I’m looking into how to run own business in Philippines. I know how complex these processes are in Philippines. So, we foreign manager have to learn these topics.
